Season 8 would’ve been a great time to end the show and then they could’ve done a spin-off with some of the characters. That way, the actors who played the characters we loved wouldn’t have been killed off left and right and instead could’ve made special appearances every now and then. Private Practice was a successful spin-off for them with Addison for a while so they could’ve done it again. Shonda killing off Derek out of spite ruined the show.

Its lost its CHARM. It used to be fun and sexy and the chemistry was amazing and the surgeries had us on the edge of our seats in anticipation. Now, all of that is just GONE and replaced with depressing, lonely, uninspiring SHIT. She won't let ANYONE have a happy romance....ESPECIALLY not poor Meredith. She won't let ANYONE have a fun, creative surgery anymore. Its BORING. Its LACKLUSTER. Whatever happened to McSteamy and McDreamy and hearts in a box, and huge tumors in the spine and the M.A.G.I.C. dream team? What happened to BAD-ASS Dr. Bailey who scares everybody, but secretly has a soft side and is mother to all of them and Cristina being the Cardio-Goddess and flirting in the elevators and Post-Its? I MISS that Grey's Anatomy. Now its just everybody angry and fighting (Richard and Katherine, Alex and Jo, Owen and his ridiculous love triangle. Amelia and the guy who looks like Kevin Bacon to me. NO creative, bad-ass surgeries. I even miss the explosive crises that happened like the hospital exploding and the shooting and the bomb. Bring THAT back, or let the show die.

is it just me that derek here is much more McDreamy than ever? There's so much sparkle his eyes whenever he looked at Mer. in early seasons, he is younger and still handsome but he just shines here, even if they fought frequently during later seasons. or maybe i just have daddy fetish unknowingly

I think they should have ended at season ten! I miss Derek! They were the only real couple on the show! I would have liked to have seen more of Derek’s sisters and his Mom. The Interns after season 10 weren’t that interesting. I think Arizona really developed into an interesting Character.
