Working in IT and having a similar workspace I can tell I get the good vibes to come to office, but not to work but for fun. Used to play and have coffee tea snacks. Roam around the office and enjoy.

Yes - this co-working space looks fancy, good on paper but for IT/Management jobs (where you can have 5-6 meetings in a day) with multiple folks on conference calls simultaneously it's such a nightmare; too much background noise and disturbance etc. - tough to focus!
