No one making fun of me... just the opposite... everyone was so supportive seeing me wanting to learn so bad, especially as a foreigner. i learned the meaning of Rhythm at a very early age... and let me tell u... it will never leave me 🥰

Merengue is in my opinion the most beautiful form of dance and music, it’s the genuine joy that you feel while dancing not much choreography, whoever takes the lead is the one who guides. Your body just tells you what to do you don’t really need to know all the steps. I Love this video because it isn’t some boring tutorial, it shows the passion and the raw joy in the dance.

@John Peaches Don’t get me wrong, there are many salsa songs and dances that are great, but I prefer to watch people dance salsa than actually doing it myself. I think it’s mainly how the Music makes me feel, the blend of the different instruments in merengues makes me want to dance every time I hear it. It may also be due as to how I was raised with more merengue and bachata than salsa.

Merengue is the best latin dance: great infectious beat, great moves. This is a really cute couple that moves fantastic together. I like how there is really only one step so that any couple can do it, if they start with keeping it simple. I would love to see Merengue sweep the country (after Covid is over, of course). I like saying the word: "Merengue".

Merengue is a 2 step count dance. Out of bachata, merengue, and salsa, merengue is for sure the most beginner friendly. Find a partner, through on a KZbin tutorial for the basic 1-2 step, and you’re off to the races 😁💃🏽

El merengue se divide en muchos estilos como merengue tradicional merengue típico merengue perico Ripiao Merengue hause y tecno merengue merengue de salón y su Ante pasaro mangulina y carabine saludos desde RD sólo llegó el merengue tradicional a Colombia
