Such a great song, for me 2nd best Norwegian ESC entry ever, never understand how such a song could finish only 18th in ESC final.

:) Yes, I always liked it, and in 1992 after listening first time to it I thought it could end up 5th. Merethe really deserved a better place, and she had the very best performance also. For me really one of the best ESC songs ever!

YES! And I am still listening to it nowadays. Was also the song in 1992 with the best performance. One of my all time faves, and this will never change. :)

I still love this one, almost 30 years later. I love the performance of NRK's orchestra better and Merethe delivered brilliantly. Well done for a great tune to you and the lyricist.

The male backing vocalist with black hair was singing higher than her, therefore he didnt make it to Malmoe

Does anyone know the name of the backing singer with the long hair?

Leif Digernes if it was the male singer you ment.

Amazing voice and great backing vocals, although the male backing vocal with the black hair, kind of tries to sing louder then her. 😂😂

Yes, and he lost his place in the international final because of that... :-D

Robert Alan Morley are you kidding me? I figured as much. Because the sound in Malmö was so different. I mean, it is never a good thing when backing vocal is controling the harmony. You van see that the guy with the long hair is singing in an completely different way.
@RobertAlanMorley5 жыл бұрын
@@theformerflightattendant he is a lead singer, not a choir guy. And NRK did not want him in Malmø...
