Somebody knows how can the top leaderboard on this game had 30000 trophies i get sometimes only 4 trophies of winning a game howw?

Nobody is grinding to 30000 trophies if you get 4 trophies for winning a game there needs to be a way to get more i think but how? That knows only the guys who are in the top 10
