is there some trick to keeping your dragons from just randomly harvesting stuff while you're trying to clean up the camp? Every time I have any sort of open space, my dragons start harvesting and filling it up making it basically impossible for me to have a nice clean organized camp right now...

If you are looking for an entire camp clean up and reorganization, Try turning on required overlap, and filling it all up with loose bones. All spaces full. Then you can mass merge the bones and have all spaces full of sprouts. This let's you focus on "swishing" things into an organized fashion while the dragons stand around and say need more space. Once you have goings in order its pretty easy to clean up sprouts into life flowers. If you don't have the big remains anymore that regenerated 6 sets of bones, try moon chests together open and back fill. Swishing was about the only way I ever get anything cleaned without stress.
