I noticed clearing cache and storage is enough to reset the game you don't need to uninstall and reinstall!!

Same here. I've seen there are multiple different portals Some go to level 4/5 9/19 or 15

I don't have the daily rewards I have only the daily chest , and there is no update for my game 😕 I don't know what is going on , do you know if anybody else has this problem ?

I get the daily chests on my iPad and the daily rewards on my iPhone - I just switch between devices to get both rewards daily.

@@BeoferoxGames no on portal upgrade... I see the exclamation on the iPad, but nothing happens when I touch/click it. Nothing on iPhone.. nor bluestacks.

Hi Pavithra! Sometimes only after 3 to 5 remove/install you get it, but it already happened that I had to remove/install like 20 times! Its a low chance to get, but it is for sure possible! Dont forget to turn off internet connection as soon as you get it, or it will vanish!

@@BeoferoxGames Hi Bruno.. thank you for always helping.. I finally managed to get it n completed the 20 quests and got an upgrade.. then it prompted for another upgrade.. when I opened internet it vanished.. does it mean I have to keep re installing everytime and complete the quests??

@@pavithraprao4328 Hi Pavithra! Yes, everytime you connect to internet you will need to remove/install. But the upgrade will still be there. When you do the 3rd portal upgrade, dont rush all requests, do only 3 per day, the rewards are great, there is a blue bunny topiary and very high level tree flowers there!

When you uninstall do you leave cloud save on (green check) or off

Hi Joey! It does not make any difference when removing if its on or off, just be sure that you have saved the progress to the cloud!

Did your points rollback? I noticed that there are merges (especially the high level merges) that cause the points to reset - even back to zero or just to the merge bonus amount. I know the points are 'pointless'.. but still, it's not a good sign - what else can disappear?

Hi PM, yes, they have reseted, I was above 2 billion. That was the only thing that changed. I didnt got worried because points as you mentioned, are pointless 🤗

'Pointless' points maybe... but I like to keep them :) It's a personal achievement... I earned them! I played for them! still kinda disappointing. I am able to recover with cloud save - for now.. noticed the rollback before I did a cloud save... but now I have to watch out which of my next merge will reset it again... and again... and again... Mine would go down to zero! or whatever was the bonus points for the merge I did. Also watching what else may be "disappearing" or getting reset on top of this score rollback.

I did this but the event portal quest disappeared after going to the map and coming back in is there anyway to keep these changes

Hi Amit! As soon as you get the portal, turn off internet, complete all quests and upgrade the portal. Then you can turn you internet on to save progress. You will need to repeat the process of remove/install everytime to upgrade portal!

I have a question about the reinstall or resetting process. I currently have the 30 days of gems going. Will that be nullified if I reset the game?

Hi Suzanne! Im not sure what is going to happen... I never bought the 30 days gem and tested it. I can say by experience that the premium Island you buy, stay at your account, even if you start a new game. But the 30 days offer, I have no idea...

Can you remake this with the new tips in the comments. I'm so confused I have not yet updated my game from June. I am finishing lvl 10 dragons from the infinite nest exploit but I'm nearly finished and will update today. Somehow I got portal upgrade options one day even on the old version I'm using but then it disappeared along with my camel.

Will this work to make it so I can do the infinite egg trick again, I have auto updates shut off but somehow the game forced an update anyway 😡. I don't do facebook but I will set up an account if I'd be able to finish upping my dragon power.

You can go outside the camp also, but do not turn internet on untill finish all the quests!

@@eunicekiki1388 Oh, it works at that way, you got the rewards in advance, same thing to me. In a normal way, you would get the next rewards in 24h, since you already got them, the next one is in 122h. Its normal!

Hi Tilde! You might need to remove/install many times as I teached at the video, its not easy to get this version, sometimes it took me like 30 removes/install to get it! Dont forget to follow all the steps (save to cloud and other steps) so you dont lose your game progress!
