Boneyard Isles is a great quick 1 chalice level with lots of life flower merges. When your goal is the count of merges DON'T do five of the target items, not even once.

With the version of my game I have most of the new stuff you have in yours, the only difference is the menu where I buy items for gold, stone, and dragon gems still is the old design. Open Lands looks to be a good level for merging life flowers on. Edit: At the end of the video in the last minute or two the mic you were using was making a buzzing sound.
