Yes you can. you have to use the line number in FS dataset to merge it with HH and CH. it will be a 1:1 merge after you get rid of the unmatched observations in HH+CH merge. Make sure that you have same variable names for child's line number.

You can create a new variable through concatenation which combines HH, WM and CH line numbers. Do that in both files and then use 1:1 merge
