The person with pact knew exactly what they were doing. He knew that if: You kill him, you die. Your team kills him, you die and they practically they end their own tool You are practically unkillable with 1.5x damage and 800 hp with smile unless wand or any knockback item. So he just ignored you, went to your statue and started capturing and staying there making sure your team isn't able to keep it back. He also had night reaper so he could deal lots of damage. He just forgot that: You are way too strong so his team isn't gonna get there if you were to die, allowing your team to end overtime.
