Sir i have a doubt when you talk about Flipkart acquiring Myntra how that can be a horizontal merger, it should be horizontal acquisition as the identity of myntra is still there as you said in merger a new identity is formed.... can you please explain

It is not necessary that a new entity is formed when horizontal merger takes place. The merged entity can retain its identity.
