Bret I love these mini M&A tutorials. They're so succinct, comprehensive with layer of mature experience which is rare. Thank you so much for uploading them.

Love this. If a big firm had outstanding litigation, is that relevant? If say they were the Subject of being bought

Hi! I'm an inhouse counsel for a company in Korea. I've been assigned an asset deal+equity purchase (we're the buyer) and we're about to begin the due diligence process. Thank you for your videos!

love how you are informative and summative at the same time. Quick question though, when a buyer is doing due diligence and asks to see your IP, what protections do you have that after seeing it he won't go and use it (in the event the deal falls through)

Love the video and the thorough explanation on the due diligence process. Right now I have a 4-week internship as a financial analyst of a company looking to acquire competitors, but this fall I've accepted a job in Big 4 Audit and Assurance. In your experience, is moving from assurance to finance at a later stage an easy move? Due to Covid, I had to jump on the best job option available, but my dream job would be to work in valuation, capital markets or m&a. Thanks again for an awesome vid!

Brett, i have a questions, the parties (seller and buyer) before all the information will send, have we to enter into CDA?
@BrettCenkus3 жыл бұрын
Are you asking about a Confidentiality Agreement (Nondislosure Agreement)? Generally, a seller wants a buyer to sign one before giving over any information that is remotely sensitive/confidential.
