One good point you made on your first video I watched was people in the country speaks/understand English. This video really proves the point. Someone can just walk anywhere in the country and majority of the people understands/speak it. Not perfect English but still you can at least communicate.

If you’re in Cebu, as a tourist, you need to explore and need to google places you can visit for tourist spot. I’d been to Cebu first time with my niece a couple of months ago, and we found amazing beautiful places. We ended up renting a taxi which took us to 6 places, Temple of Leah, SIRAO, Little Kyoto, Fort San Pedro, Magellan’s Cross and nice restaurant for lunch in one of the top hill which is awesome. Cebu city is an old city but you can find another part which is industrial and more modern area . The best way to know about a city is explore. Maybe that Austrian guy doesn’t have a very good guide to show him around or he doesn’t know how to use Google 🤣🤣😁😁to help him search for tourist attractions in that city. Doing a research in places like Cebu , you may want to plan your trip before you go . Cebu is beautiful! New subie from Sydney….loving your vlog,,,,❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺

If you want to go to OSLOB for swimming with whalesharks you can use your scooter. Going there it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. The incounter with whalesharks starts 6am until 12noon, lot of time, no need to stay there.
