Hello, what is the advantage of creating individual projects and then merging as opposed to creating one large project and splitting it into sub-projects? Thanks

Would this work when you use 2 different cameras?

Yes, you can have one subproject with each camera and then merge them using the merge procedure: support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202558529 Note: just make sure the same coordinate systems are used in both subprojects.
