Hi Bro, i purchased CG125S 2024 model and faced same issues but i resolved them by myself as i am a chemical engineer designed engine combustion chambers and simulated their AIR-Fuel ratios as well. The solution of your problems is very simple use Shell Advance (not helix) API JASO MA engine oil of (20w50) grade not (Atlas Honda 10w-30) and set fuel mixture screw 2.75 turns out (not 2 and not 3 turns). The sound problem and clutch sound issue will be completely resolved. Issue is with engine oil as company recommend to use a very less viscous engine oil of 10w-30 which is only for the improvement of self starting but it severely increases friction and overheating engine and company opened the fuel more upto 3 screws out which results this issue.

The sounds comes from clutch side like some gear is slipping and it becomes obvious after the bike becomes hot

@@Sycobabe First Use 20w50 API-SG, JASO-MA engine oil Shell Advance or Total. Then Install New Filter, Then set the Intake and Exhaust Tappet Clearance to 0.1mm with Gauge on hot motorcycle engine. Then Set Idle Speed Carburetor Screw to 1500 RPM, And Spark Plug Gap to 0.7mm (For 70 cc for CD-70). Then set Air-Fuel Mixture Screw to 1.75 turns out from lightly seated position. Then check the sound at high speed. If problem is resolved then it is OK otherwise sound issue will be due to any engine internal component which need to be inspected and clarified accordingly.
