Life took me in a different direction. But thank God i never gave up on my dream!!! Even Ethiopian Airlines denied me but Now i am flying and doing my dream job. I’m very glad to hear that capital market is happening in Ethiopia. This has been my wish for the last 17 years since I knew about it when I was studying finance in Addis Ababa university. This is a very good beginning for a capital market. Yes even US market was total chaos before the market totally collapsed in 1929. US enacted its first investment law in 1933 followed by 1934and subsequently in 1940. The 1940 law mainly dealt with stoping any fraudulent activity by money mangers and dealers. The market in the US is now considered matured. Ethipoia as a late comer will flip frog and get the best technology and efficient compliance. This is God sent for Ethipoia
