Lymphoma is one of the most common hematologic malignancies and accounts for approximately 4% of cancer diagnoses in the US. Lymphoma has many subtypes with various factors to consider in response assessment, including medical imaging review. Lugano classification became the main response criteria in 2014, and since there have been several challenges and pitfalls addressed using the criteria.
