Very useful video. I also have Code 21 on board computer display and now I know what should I do. Just a hint for next video: get all the tools you might need because it's stupid to make something like this and use house keys! 🙂

Just a quick note that it's not recommended to touch bulbs with bare hands as the oil from fingertips gets on the bulb and when it heats up it might fail sooner than expected.

So, having had the Code 22 dashboard error, I noticed one of the rear right sidelights was not working. Followed the instructions on here, first thing I did was to lose one of the white plastic triangular rear light retaining / securing nuts down under the plastic boot trim - never to be seen again! Can you buy replacements for these or the light fitting won't be tightly secured. Second error was accidentally breaking one of the red plastic lugs that hold the bulb holder in place. Anyway, removed the cover only to find the bulb I had bought specially for it (a RING 12v 21/5w one) was too big, and it needed to be a smaller slim tube type one ( see amzn.to/3qba2hZ ). Great, so put it all back together and went online and ordered the above one from Amazon UK. Hopefully this will fit when it arrives. Great video, shame about my butterfingers and stupidity at having the wrong bulb.

Yeah, that was a real struggle. I had to do this again recently and I took the time to see how it was hinged. Had a huge facepalm once I found out how it came off LOL
