I saw this the other day and have come back to it numerous times because I couldn't get out of my head how beautiful it is. Merwaine, I think, is a horribly underrated ship (not that it's the worst in the fandom, but I digress) and I feel like they should've had a proper goodbye, and Gwaine should've, at some point, learned about Merlin's magic. It makes the whole thing very bittersweet. This video is fantastic and you did a wonderful job!

lovelydreams2x I think 'enjoyed' isn't a strong enough word for my love of this video. And yeah, they deserved so much better (As did Lancelot, but that may be because Merlin/Lance is my otp ). I just like to pretend that the series finale didn't happen at all.

This almost made me cry. I think it's so sweet how Gwaine had an unrequited love for Merlin (as Eoin put it and as is my headcanon for them). I don't ship Merwaine because Merthur is just too much love, but Merwaine is such a bittersweet ship ;___; At least Gwaine had Percy!

S5 E6 The Dark Tower. S5 E7 A Lesson in Vengeance. S5 E8 The Hollow Queen. .S5 E9 With all my Heart. Never too late to write what I think. Four (4) episodes devoted to Gwen was far to much. Big, big mistake ! Perhaps, they wanted to relegated to the backburner Arthur & Merlin's messing around and sexy eyes. There was nothing ''sexy or witty'' about Gwen, like my fridge. But there should have been an episode for Gwain, for Percival and for Leon - after all they were the fearless Knights of Camelot.
