What is confusing on the sizing is that according to the sizing chart and your shown height and measurements… you should have been wearing a Medium at the most. Even the Small is within your chest size.

What annoys me the most is when a British motorcycle brand makes terrible waterproof liners that only offer 10,000mm just make it laminated for god sakes. RST is also a terrible motorcycle clothing brand. Waterproof should be able to do 30min in light showers without getting wet or damp straightaway i know this jacket is not waterproof and will wet out. To test jackets like these properly need to be tested through a full year or 2 not in a laboratory in a bath tub. This is real nice but what stops me from buying is that it is not laminated so the waterproof membrane is not on the outer shell to stop it from wetting out and actually keeps you dry and the jacket doesn't get heavy stores water and smells.
