Sherri, the pyramids are all just fabulous. I thought it would be nice to drill some holes at the top and put hanging chains and use for a hanging lamp at night. So I ordered a pyramid and some more items from Amazon to do that. Thanks for the videos and your time.

Arizona is very pretty. But it’s so hot in the summer. Not much to do besides swim and then the water is even warm. But it’s a beautiful state that’s for sure. So much to see here. Don’t feel bad it took me years until I seen the ocean LOL I don’t travel much either. Thank you Ashley

I’m so glad i ran across your channel , i literally just learned there’s different kinds of resin! I’m gonna try this kind , clear cast bc it seems to be popular
@sherrislife20463 жыл бұрын
I love the resin. They have so many different kinds too. Now they’re coming out with Resin just for Tumblr‘s. But that clear cast general purpose is good for so many uses. The deep pour is only tricky to work with because it takes so long to set. But if you have the patience and the time it’s really fun. It’s just tricky catching it at the right time because it hardens according to room temperature and all that stuff, so it’s tricky. I just tried another one last week and it hardened at a completely different time than this one because of the weather difference.

Hi Sherri I’m about to begin my 1st ever resin creation of any type. I’ve watched tons of videos but I LOVE YOURS. The Surfer and Mermaid with the Treasure Box has me in AWE. Not something I’d have thought of tbh. I’m now on the Hunt for these items as I’m in the UK I may struggle. Also the light mould separating the lights is just fabulous. I have subscribed and here’s hoping I can get something like you’ve inspired me to try. Much love ❤️

💗Wow Sherri, the pyramid turned out so nice! I’m following Louise Singleton for a long time and I love all that cool stuff she’s doing. She has such great ideas and she’s really talented in all things she’s working on. I‘ve done two of those big pyramids so far but my mold unfortunately has some impressions bc of different layers I put in. And every pyramid I will pour next will have these, even if I would pour one big layer.🥴 I actually thought 15€ per pyramid mold is not that cheap…🤷🏼♀️ Thanks for sharing your nice work. Stay safe and positive, lovely greetings from Germany 🇩🇪☺️🧜🏽♀️
@sherrislife20463 жыл бұрын
Tell me about it. That’s ridiculous to have to buy a new one all the time. They need to make them better or something. And I follow Louise religiously also. Lol I can’t get enough of her videos. There’s so many things that she has done that are so beautiful. Thank you Sandy

Hi Sherri.. I have tried casting the pyramid with a ceramic idol.. but how to avoid visible lines in every pour.. i want it crystal clear.. please suggest
@sherrislife2046 Жыл бұрын
I do know that using a brand new mold helps with those lines. I’ve never once seen them do it this way with invisible lines. If you’re layering, unfortunately, you will always see a line. But the quality of the resin matters. The epoxy resin store deep pour in my description is the clearest I have found. Stonecoat countertop also sells a very clear, deep pore. But I do not have a discount for Stonecoat. That’s all I really know about the lines

Hi, I want to try to do a pyramid that is one long pour so it’s a clear crystal. Do you have any recommendations on how to do that. ?? I’m not having any luck
@sherrislife20463 жыл бұрын
It’s not possible without a pressure pot or chamber. It gets way too hot and it will completely deform. You have to do it in layers. But if you use any deep pour resin you can’t go at least 4 inches at a time.
