No and yes. Watching my videos will definitely help you but to be industry ready you have to get your hands dirty. I mean you have to create an app without any tutorials. Just by yourself. That's the best way to learn and be industry ready. And to be honest no one is ever industry ready. Even I fail at interviews with so much knowledge, everyone is in a different race. Just make sure your concepts are clear and try to build stuff on your own.
