I've done this hike (Mt. Meron). It's the second highest mountain in israel. There are so many beautiful and diverse hikes in Israel. I believe from the right vantage point you can see both the Sea of Galilee and the Mediterranean (turning back and forth of course).

Very very nice. Theres also shamai buried not to far away at the bottom and hamnuna saba. Between meron and tzfat along nachal meron and nachal amud there is the tomb of rabbi abba student of rabbi Shimon and in nachal amud, the tomb of rabbi nechunia ben hakaneh. Very nice hike
