@ItsSphinxMinx well you can get dimple piercings which I wouldn't quite recommend since it goes through muscle unlike ear piercings or there's always fake dimples with makeup or your best and safest chance is to press your fingers to the dimple spot as you smile a big smile and slowly relax your face your fingers still there and pucker your face like a fish without opening your mouth.... Do that for 30 mins a day
