Yeah, to think that Cinnabon was stray and scared to human before Lex finally able to pet him and gain his trust (it needs a year, maybe two) before adopt him. I think Cinnabon handle the situation pretty well though.

These videos are so good. My partner wakes up in the middle of the night. He can’t sleep because of his shoulder injury causing pain. I’ll ask him if he wants to see what Cinnabon is doing. So we watch a Cinnabon video. He feels better and gets back in bed. Cinnabon makes everyone feel better.

Cinnabon is a simple kitty, loves his Lex and his stairs and is a little overwhelmed with all the new smells and things. But I think he’ll make use of both those big cat toys - the blue one and and one with the balls - once he’s sure they are safe. He’ll need to check them out in time. He’s a shy boy. Probably because he had to fend for himself in the early years.

Awww poor Cinnabon overwhelmed by all the people and commotion going on. He is so much more relaxed when it is just you and him. And I have to remind myself I am a few years older than your parents! Sheesh! I don't have kids myself, so sometimes it's difficult for me to relate in terms of age. 😉 I like how Cinnabon wanted to play with the loose ball and also the bow more than the actual cat toys. Typical cat! Mine does the same. Doesn't care for cat toys at all. She likes chasing after a palm frond!

Cinnabon, like many cats, can get overwhelmed with a lot of activity that isn't "normal". Yes, that stocking was super-cute! It will take time for him to get used to his new toys. My two cats are the same. Cats are creatures of habit and don’t like change or anything different to what they know, but they do come round to new things eventually. I tend to spray my cats new toys or beds with catnip and that tends to do the trick.

I wish I could have gotten my cat's Christmas presents, but unable to. My daughter's nor my cat's received gifts this year from me. Money is very tighy. They get gifts throughout the year, they should be happy with that. My cat's had a similar toy where the feather goes around, it didn't last, my cat's tore that thing apart. Merry Christmas Lex and Cinnabon! He did really well with company. My cat runs off the second someone comes into his territory and doesn't come out, so Cinnabon has done really well. My cat has a similar history but he was completely feral, rescued at a year old to get neutered and returned but decided he wanted to stay inside. So, he's attached to his mom and dad but doesn't do well with other company. Good job Cinnabon!
