Matty, keep going, you can do it. Chemotherapy is so important BUT sure does take its tool. My wife had her 15th and final Chemotherapy last week. Such a tough experience for her. It can be done. Dig deep, concentrate on your fight against your illness and put KZbin to one side. Good luck 👍

A laugh, not really. A warm smile, most certainly. There is a motor/electronics shop I do business with down south of me a bit. His wife, who's also the clerk, is about 1 year ahead of you with non-hodgkin's. She sends her best wishes and to tell you that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It just might not feel that way. Take care and give Becky a hug, she deserves it.

Take as long of a break from machining as you need, it would be wrong for someone to desire you to struggle through videos when you have more important things to worry about. Cancer is horrible, and I truly hope you get cured sooner rather than later. Your machining videos were always great to watch for me, but health comes first! No apologies necessary. You will NOT be the only one to pull the pin before the end of chemo. The bright spot about that is that MOST people will not need the full treatment schedule but the docs just don't know where that "most" cuts off so they encourage you to go the lot - even though it is possible four (for example) MIGHT have done the job. Think nice thoughts - like how to get back at domestic management (in the nicest way) and how to enjoy the festive season NOT working in the shop. But bottom line - HANG IN THERE!

Hi Matty, I sincerely wish you all the best with your treatment. I have seen my father, middle sister and a boss go through it and now my stepdaughter is going through the treatment so from seeing them I know how hard it can be. Just remember your health and family come first we can wait for the videos and if you need to take a break just take it. Looking back 6 month ago when you were in Melbourne with Kurtis and Karen at the trades show, was also when I knew something was not right in ole Bear too! As you know, round number 3 chemo on Oct 3rd, almost took me out. and had 3 more to go. My cocktail was Carbopltin & Paclitaxel. It was the Paclitaxel, and was change to a protein base, from it's original base. (What ever the hell that was). treatment 4&5 no issues, but my shin like yours, was thinner than Charmin butt paper, and No. 6 chemo was canceled. Matty, see if your cocktail has Paclitaxel in it when you talk with your Doc. I go this Friday for my first PET scan, and Next Tuesday on 19th to review results. I am looking forward to finding out if the treatments, / The Good Lord Above / and all The Prayers from others, have scared off the Killer Bad cells. My team & I have discussed Immunotherapy may be necessary, and gearing up for that if needs be. Quick Note - I carry a pocket filled with Band-Aids too! Your Bride decorating up the shop is Priceless (@@)! She is just like my Sammie, never know what to expect around the Holidays 🙂. One time she superglued my favorite beer mug to may work table, wasn't that funny then, but sure wish she was here to pull off more stunts! Cheers, and may we both "KICK CANCERS BUTT"! Bear
