Hello... thanks for reaching out to me. I would like to help you if I can, but can not guarantee you that I can fix your 20+ year old TNA toy loco. These toy locos are old and very fragile. One thing up front, the loco must be a fully complete toy and not missing any parts. According to were you live, shipping at a mini will be at lest $14 - - $7 to ship to me and $7 shipping back to you . My labor charge will be depending on how long it takes me to complete the repair but don't worry, it will reasonanle. It me know what you think.
