That ambulance scene is 100% true, My friend got accident and fortunately there was a private hospital "Parvathy hospital" ambulance was standing near that highway.. in 8 km, there was a GH we reached in 15 minutes, but that driver was keep suggesting to us to go to his hospital, which is another 10kms away from GH!!
