I don't understand how all these youtubers can stare into a giant bright light for long periods of time OR any length of time. I get that it helps the lighting but it would kill my eyes. It would be non stop migraines with aura and blindness.

A lot of people I watch says that they're hot to be under too, so in the summer time when they have to turn their air conditioner/fans off to film videos, they usually take showers right after. The dedication!! 😬😩💕

Yeah, I get migraines too and I really can't tolerate much light at all. It's a massive trigger for me.

The lights aren't so bad for me in particular. Maybe I'm used to it but I don't think about it much and I love filming. When I film on a regular background, I usually only use one dim ring light. The green screen requires more lighting. Thank you for watching 💖
