Yeah, very few metal bands are on par with these absolute legends in terms of artistic vision, precision and power in a live setting. For me Gojira, Amenra, Neurosis, High on Fire, Converge and The Ocean are on the same level, and a few more get very close. ELITE.

Jens has got to be one the best metal vocalists in the world. I saw them last week in NYC and I was absolutely floored by him. He screams his soul out night after night and sounds incredible at each show. I'm convinced the guy isn't human.

Amazing! Most bands play things faster live. Meshuggah is the only band that can reduce the tempo and still sound 10 times heavier, even better, than playing at album tempo! I can't wait to see them in Houston 2022!!!

@@Isaac-eg3um I personally saw them Oct 16 last show of their tour.. my seat was fuckin horrible, worst seats in Atlanta's Tabernacle, and they didn't play "Bleed", and with all that being said, it was still fuckin amazing. My seats way up high made the way the frequencies sounded up there pretty, uh, not ideal? I'm sure if we would have been on the floor, we would have been sent to another planet by the sheer power. But yea for them to do InDeath is Life/Death was a literal dream come true for me, I barely looked at the stage for that one because I was completely in another universe, and also Broken Cog is literally fucking amazing live. The fuckin atmosphere created. Unparalleled. 10/10 would recommend a Meshuggah live show. Get it while you can, they'll be 60 soon 🤣

She likes alternative music and has been to other shows but I think an hour and a half of this might send her to the shadow realm.
