Dude they're amazing live. I first heard of Meshuggah when I was in high school and Chaosphere came out. I was obsessed with that album ever since I first heard "New Millenium Cyanide Christ." Then they finally came here to Detroit in either '02 or '03 right after the Nothing album came out and I finally got to see them live. Even before they had the crazy light show and were playing smaller venues, they were super tight and flawless. I got to reach up and shake Jens's hand at the end of the first show I saw them at because it was such a small little basement venue lol. They had gone over the amount of time they were allowed to play and the place wanted to close so Jens was like "I'm really sorry, we wanted to play a couple more songs, but they're going to make us stop." So he came out and greeted fans and stuff before they left. Nowadays with the crazy lights and high-tech stuff they are just incredible. You will have a really good time, do you know who opens for them on this tour?

Biggest mistake I've seen Meshuggah make at 0:54 ...I wonder what happened lol

I saw them live in the early 2000's and I remember Fredrik's amp cord came out of his guitar when he was spinning around doing a crazy solo, that's the only mistake I've ever seen them make lol. I thought maybe that little hic up at 0:55 was just Marten dicking around because it sounded kind of intentionally silly, but idk haha.
