If im honest, i love they added each small detail in the animation. Example: In the original MV, Teto looks at Miku in the part right before she goes "crazy", which is replicated here. Same thing with their pupils, at the start of the video they are star-shaped, but at the end they dont even exist, showing that they slowly got hypnotized through the entire video (which is also shown in the text and dance). I love each detail and i love that the animator replicated each and every one of them. Kudos to said animator for the amazing work!

I'm a foreigner to this part of the internet, so pardon me if I'm way off base, but can I be a nerd about the lyrics and their meaning for a moment? To me, this song reads as a criticism of social media and how it sucks away our lives--how it mesmerizes us. It's a song about "escaping your reality" after all. My interpretation of some lines: - _"Don't reflect on feelings you don't need / Do you pretend you can't see / All the certainties and even your own heartbeat"_ - Social media distracts us from our real feelings, discarding them as if they're unnecessary. It distracts us from all the tangible things in life. - _"While traps await, you are always gonna find another method to be saved every day"_ - The media purposefully focuses on negatives in order to pull a reaction out of you (aka "selling your wounds"), but social media still gives you dopamine boosts and can help you escape reality. - _"You're tailor-made for this day and age / 'Cause you're powerless and look like prey"_ - Great line. Social media preys and benefits on our psychological weaknesses. Those who feel powerless and look for an escape are those most drawn to the distracting media of this day and age. - _"You are fooled by the way that this act behaves / And your beating heart has gone insane; it's always resonating"_ - Online facades fool us into thinking they're real, and we're hooked on constant dopamine, instant gratification, and ceaseless stimulation (our "hearts have gone insane"). - _“Now, not a trace of your lives remain / And your fortitude is growing faint / While you dodge and evade what is in your face, / You are busy living all the same / Somebody help me right away”_ - Social media slowly erases our uniqueness and individuality, and our willingness to resist it only decreases the more we fall into doom-scrolling. While you use social media to avoid your real-life problems, you’re just creating new ones. You ( _we_ ) need help. I could ramble on, but I already have ^^’ This probably wasn’t the original intention of the lyrics, but I found them meaningful to me personally despite that. Thought I’d share because I haven’t seen any comments on the lyrics’ meaning so far, and I was surprised by them myself. What a great translation.
