Nope. You can buy it each for each platform, but no crossbreeding.

I got into GOG when i learned of their direct association with CDPR, thus all my CDPR games are bought trough GOG. Nevertheless i'm glad it wasn't an exclusivity affair as i would NOT tolerate that attitude from anyone. Ask me why i haven't got a EGS account... Plus GOG doesn't dabble in DRM (too much?), which i fu**ing HATE, as It only harms legitimate customers, and wreaks havok on your system. However they can't replace Steam for me. Not because they actually can't, but because i have too much invested on Steam to change completely. Even if i may have 700 games on GOG, which is quite a lot, On Steam i have 1700. so Its not something that can feasibly be replaced. I keep my GOG account for the classics and rarities, CDPR games, and the occasional Indie that might interest, not so much other AAA games, but i do have a few.

You're welcome, I've already refunded it, Phantom Liberty is not DRM free on GOG, and on top of that they have the nerve to paywall content behind Twitch subscriptions. They learned nothing after Hitman.

You're just doing what every other corrupt corporate dev and publisher has been doing for over a decade: lying about the game you're making, hyping up untalented celebrity actors as a distraction, then releasing it in a buggy state with the intent to fix it after launch and hope nobody notices (and getting a pat on the back from those who did). And if your company hadn't screwed Cyberpunk up so royally, you'd be making nothing but microtransactions for the crappy multiplayer game you had planned for it.
