Binaural beats, sound healing energy healing, cranial sacral therapy, and the most important one is to get outside barefoot as many hours as you can. Grounding mats from earthing. com are off the charts amazing for people with any issues ... Eradicating any subconscious emotions that are buried..... that are of lower vibrational frequency.... is the key. Hypertension, I believe, is repressed anger just as is colon cancer. Blood=family. Something relating to the family needs healing. Most cancer is repressed anger because the cells turn the lights off within our bodies. And we are the ones that do it! So we are the only ones that can love them back to health and turn those lights back on, so to speak. Just as we don't catch things from other people, nor can anyone give anything to us to make us ill, our body has to be already in a state to choose to accept it. the greatest lesson for those who become ill is that they can not live in fear, fear will eat the body up faster than anything else, the opposite of fear is love 🥰 P.S. sea moss and fasting are some amazing ways to show the body that you love it💝
