just pack your food & snacks. all the facilities i worked at they had a refrigerator in the office on the housing unit or staff break room. and honestly i just mentally will myself to go regardless to the gym. ive been working out so long its a lifestyle, i already have in my head im goin to hit soon as my relief shows up

yeah, thats what I studied in college, and yes you can start as a correctional officer and transition to a cop if thats what you want to do, it may help you be a better street cop working on the inside as well
