As a Tibetan and a follower of the Kagyü school, I have had many unanswered questions since the Karmapa arrived in the United States in 2017. Why did he not return to India before his U.S. visa expired? Why did he apply for a Dominican Republic passport, knowing that his Indian Certificate (IC) would automatically become invalid? Why has there been no clarification from his administration regarding the court case filed against him by a woman from British Columbia, Canada?

When the time is ripe, you will get wonderfully perfect answers (perfect in relation to the Dharma). Have still a bit of patience - the Great (epistemic transcendental being of the name) Karmapa does not fail and not mislead you. When is when? It seems to be in a not too distant future, The whole thing is necessary (to produce Self-awareness), without it it would be much much worse...

Tibetan government in exile have all these unanswered question. Its all about playing dirty politics on Karmapa. While, he was very famous and popular back then and have many followers specially Taiwanese and Chinese. But some how got set up by our government, starting with raiding Karmapa's residence and seized money...... etc. Karmapa has no freedom to walk around in India. There is one American journalist who was the disciple of 16th Karmapa, mentioned in an interview that she wanted to investigate the whole incident but helpless too. While Our government point the finger at Delhi Embassy and Delhi pointed back too. They were playing blame game. I believe just one letter or reference from Dharamsala or HH Dalai Lama could have solved the Indian Visa problem...... Our Tibetan government Only want Gelupa lineage on TOP. They brought down Karmapa, who was just started his huge reputation around the globe....... and many other incidents happened to Nyingmapa's Rinpoches too. I've seen Karmapa saying he really wanted to go back to Rumtek Monastery. But, if he is again captive and restrict by them, there is no point of going back to India...... Isn't it SAD!!! Its time for wake up, my fellow Tibetans. Karmapa needs to make a Come Back. He needs to fulfill his Dharmas activities for the benefit of all sentient being. May the evil plot will be pacified soon. We heard his explanation in his teachings. If you are a Tibetan Buddhist you must be aware he was stuck in Gyuto monastery in Dharamsala and wasn't able to move around freely; he was even more restricted than when he was in Tibet.
