I am so confused by the concept of "Submitting to a leader (Ameer ki atayat)". Is it right to submit to a unjust ruleror not? I have read ahadees that go on both directions such as one narrated by abu huraira RA that the best struggle is against an unjust (Zalim) ruler and also one that You should not rage against a ruler even if he is ruiling unjustly. please make a video on it.

If he is ruling on the basis of Islam then you're obliged to follow him, It is just to give him smetime to adjust and realize his responsibilities and after that if he still unable to provide justice then you should go against him
