Former Post Office CEO Paula Vennells was in front of the Post Office inquiry where correspondence with the former chief of Royal Mail Moya Greene were revealed.
Texts show the ex-Royal Mail boss admitting she believed Paula Vennells knew about defects in the Horizon system while the Post Office was prosecuting subpostmasters.

As the government makes it very clear, ignorance is not an excuse. She states if you don't know something it's difficult to ask questions about it. It's the same logic that if you want to claim something you have to know exactly what you are claiming and back payment can't be actioned because you didn't know. She should have a prosecution against her for every person that was prosecuted in her name as CEO. If she blames a lower manager, prosecute them as well.
