We've recently purchased a Messer CNC Plasma table because we thought the brand was of good quality. Boy we're we wrong!!! Houser Racing has been in business for over 25 years and if our business operated like Messer, we wouldn't be in business. Messer won't stand behind their older machines. This company wouldn't even call us back. My engineer waited 4 days without getting a call back. All we needed was to purchase the electrical drawings. I finally called in myself, and they could care less. Sense then we've come to realize, that many companies retrofit the Messer machines with all new controls and parts. This is a big market because of their inability to track old drawings and service older machines. WOW, we're moving on, but I would never invest in a new machine with this company because of all of this. I'd buy a LDR or Torchmate, I'll never waste my time calling into this company again. I even listed my company in this review because I feel so strongly about how poorly we were treated by Messer. I've only given a few less than 5 star reviews in my life as well. I never complain. This however, isn't right and feel a need to put hard working fabbers on notice about this company.
