If you played for Barca you had to play for Messi and give the ball to Messi same for Ronaldo for Madrid Ronaldo was mad when someone else scored. It was way more team ball when Ronaldinho played for Barca he just created magic when he did have the ball. Nobody was forced to bow to Ronaldinho and give him the ball constantly bc he wouldn't have allowed it himself he was very unselfish not that Messi wasn't but the club forced others to bow to him. If I had one game to win I'm taking peak Ronaldinho ask Ramos lol.. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@vicentegutierrez2203 The reason why i disagree is because your saying players had to bow to messi, to an exstant your not wrong but messi at his peak remained the better finisher was more efficiant and created more chances for his team the team was built around him because he has so many weapons he can punish the opposition with and mangers had to focus on stopping messi which opened up spaces for his teammates. Prime exampe 2010-2011 Champions league final vs united. If you wanna talk about selfishness messi is one of the least selfish players in history his peak is unmatched and it has nothing to do with the G/A simple eye test theyre both magic messi just higher peak for me and ofc his whole career is clear.

@@pquiah5030 I literally said that Messi wasn't selfish it was the club that made the players that way. Ronaldinho had more weapons. He was a better dribbler, he could use both feet on a consistent basis, he had the same if not more vision, he was more technical, and when he was at his peak and not out of shape he didn't walk all over the field constantly while his teammates did all of the work conserving all of his energy. Messi would still have an amazing career but he is a system player who was allowed to do what he wanted when it came to work rate. He would not have been producing the same stats in a team that the coach made him put in a shift and not walk around the whole entire game or a league that has a higher tempo than La Liga during his era. Barca was perfect for his career. The one thing I give Messi is that he had his head on straight and didn't party like the Brazilian Ronaldinho which helped him have the career he did as well. I would take Messi over anyone except Ronaldinho when it comes to peak.. But just my opinion..

He might not be the “goat” when it comes to trophies but he’s the goat when it comes to skills and talent. There aren’t many players capable of dribbling the ball as he did. He inspired and amazed fans all over the world. Btw, while Ronaldo might have more trophies(not R9). He still doesn’t have the biggest one, The World Cup. Ronaldhino does… Just saying 😂

There's a difference between being the most talented/technically skillful player, and being the best player. Ronaldinho is the former. I've never seen a modern era (1992-present) player with his sheer talent. He might, in fact, be the most technically skilled player of all time. But, again... That's a far cry from being the best player, which he certainly wasn't. With respect to his time at PSG - he certainly had moments of brilliance. But, he was criticized for a lack of discipline, work ethic, and fitness during his time there. To be fair, he was criticized for those things his entire career. But, it was worse at PSG. It seems he enjoyed Paris night life far more than he should have done.

Crazy he only played in 2 world cups. Yeah his peak was very short lived. Probably would be the goat if he had the same commitment and drive as Messi and Ronaldo. Same goes for the other Ronaldo he also left his peak far to soon though it was a bit longer.
