Nice to finally be able to see live footage of this band. A friend of mine was a promoter for one of their concerts back in the late 80's, in the Bay Area. I was also very sad to hear about Charlie, I can only imagine what he must have suffered. I hope that by now he's in his new, perfect body. I'll be happy when I get mine too 🤗

This was recorded at "The King's Place" night club in Columbus, Ohio. The drummer played bare-footed too. I met the band after the show, and Charlie Clark (lead vocalist) shared his personal story testimony with me. He said that he came to know that there is a God, while he was portraying Jesus in a stage theater production. He got asked to do the part, and he thought it would be a "hoot" of a lot of fun if "Jesus" was an Agnostic. He was an Agnostic - even after all the rehearsing and script memorizing - up until opening night and they were "live" in front of an audience. He said during the second to last scene, the crucifixion, as he "hung" on the cross, he experienced "death" - the other cast members said that it looked like he had passed out - and as "Jesus" being crucified, God revealed Himself to Charlie. He said what he experienced couldn't be explained, but he became a true follower of God that very instant. He KNEW God was real!

I found a nother video tape marked Messiah Prophet I think it is from DuBois and I think there's an interview on it all I have to do is get a beta machine working so I can get it transferred over it is with the old members

the original members On rock the flock was a different drumer dave daubert & lead guitar andy strauss bass dean pellman rhythm guitar rob clark so they are the original members /old members Charlie Clark vocal david thunder drums bass joe shirk , when i recorded these videos Frank Caloiaro & mark zimmerman playing guitars/ New members todd bergren scott gunther /CT Cash/Mike Balleitt i hope that helps
