Messianic Congregation struck by rocket rebuilds and serves with faith! - Faith Under Fire

When the war broke out on October 7th, the quiet town of Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel came under the crosshairs of Hezbollah terrorists. The IDF mobilized and soon evacuated all the residents of the northern border towns as terror drone attacks and missiles rained down with daily attacks. Pastor Israel Illuz and his congregation stood up to serve our soldiers hot meals, and soon after, Christians from all over the world showed up to share the love of Yeshua with good home cooking! Only hours after finishing their meal service and locking up, a rocket struck near their newly renovated congregation. Our team caught up with Israel and his congregation as they were repairing the damage, determined to serve the soldiers again with the love of God. I live in the South, on that dreaded morning when a mirage of rocket explosions filled the land and horror reached the beautiful green area close to Gaza.. the Central part of the Negev, specifically route 211 was quite. no bombs, no sons of hell bringing havoc. With wet eyes, we watched and heard what was happening and the land was quite. תודה אבא! The "displaced" began arriving few months ago. Most of them have no plans to go back to the grass filled with blood, memories of terror and horror. They are going to stay here. We are all the time being tested and tried. The saddest thing about this latest conflict in Israel, was hearing Jewish people in the news talking about feeling isolated and alone. You're definitely not alone. God loves you and protects you and demonstrates through many miracles, how much He cares. And many Christians, many followers of Jesus, love you because through you, we had the Bible and the Messiah. And not just Christians from the USA. I'm from West Africa and I love, pray for and financially support several Jewish projects, and have done for years and years. So if you're Jewish and read this..... don't just follow the negative news in the media. There are a lot more people than you realise, who care. Trust in God and don't be swayed by the world's news. It will get darker but the Messiah will return and there will be an end to all this one day. Evil will not always be with us. We pray that our faith in Yeshua Messiah will stand and remain strong.

Solving problemens is a national sport ! Israel has the ability to brush off and even appreciate failure as a way to grow In Israel contribution to the public good is still an ever present major demand. Israelis are expected to take the national interest into consideration not just to cater to their private careers and kin . They are supposed to make personal sacrifices for society, to volunteer for various tasks, to fight and to die if necessary for their Country. We stand unreservedly and unequivocally with Israel !
