There's a mod called TF2 Weapons Remastered. It adds pretty much every TF2 weapon as a customizable, player-usable weapon. It requires Customizable Weaponry 2.0 (abbreviated as CW 2.0) as a base, & it also requires you to mount TF2 onto Garry's Mod. You can mount Steam games through the controller button near the bottom-right of the main menu.
