So quick thing that might help explain why the Aventador was boiling it's water but didn't blow any lines, the higher up in elevation the lower the boiling point will be. Specifically 1 degree F per 500 over sea level so pikes elevation of 14,115 means that water boils about 28.25 degrees cooler so the water would be at about 185 degrees. Sorry bored ME student.

That's true at atmospheric pressure. The cooling systems of cars are pressurized removing Elevation as a variable. It leaks as opposed to blowing lines because the radiator cap is a pressure relief valve that vents to the overflow tank. Coolant at 16 psi boils around 240° at sea level or on the top of Everest. The extended climb in thin air that is less efficient transferring heat from the radiator in a car with poor cooling is a recipe for overheating. If you want to learn about it, throw "elevation effect on heat exchanger efficiency" into the googler.

I’m running an insane radar & laser setup. It’s an AL Priority system that include 3 laser sensors & 1 radar sensor in the front, in the back we are running two laser sensors (slightly tilted up for overpasses & planes) & 1 radar sensor. Then we threw a Uniden R7 & Escort 360. I set up an iPad that is running my AL Priority system, Waze & Escort app. I find this setup very useful for testing police’s detection systems:) I highly recommend the AL Priority for any spirited driver.

if this car works like a normal car ( and it should) when you wanna do slower stuff for camera cars and you know over heating may become a problem just turn the heater on full blast. car prob is like any normal car and uses the coolant system to produce heat. so just vent that heat and at least slow the process with the heater. will suck for you in car but hey least it may slow it down
