How to Install 90° Right Angle UHF PL-259 Coax Connector for 10mm (.400") Cables

Question: That end cap that is screwed in does not appear to be water tight as I see no o-ring type seal used. If used outdoors do you recommend some sort of sealer? Perhaps Teflon tape or liquid Teflon sealer ?
