Very good. Noticed on the "How to make your own Kebab" video that with a tortilla style kebab the mix of ingredients is straight forward. Perhaps a part 2 is needed with a schwarma or durum style bread for relating to the mix of ingredients - a bit harder to get the mix right with this style.

No, but pronouncing it your way would imply 'rug' is a verb. "I just rugged something". There is no such thing. @@kebabconn
