when I added data for mean , SD and N, for experimental and control groups for all study . one msg came -" sample size, mean, SD, study label must be fields must be populated to run analysis" how to resolve it. ?

You can incorporate a continuous moderator into your analysis - just add it to another column and select that column as the moderator when setting up your analysis.
