A quick addit; if you have "pass Receiver Lock " on early, you are still able to change directions of the Ball. Only the time you have, to do it, is shorter.

Great video, Neal! I'll just be a voice in the comments to recommend the Analog Sprint being ON. I know you don't really rate it and maybe that is partially because your control scheme doesn't allow you to use it, but to others I highly recommend playing with it on because it is so useful to be able to half tap it and get just a little bit of separation when you are in tight situations. It is rarely the case that you accidentally only sprint at half speed or something because you mistakenly don't hold the button down all the way, and I def think there is a big benefit in certain situations so definitely one for people to play with!

100 percent agree was going to say when your defending with jockey ( L2 ) + ( R2 ) you want to feather the right trigger whilst holding L2 to keep in distance you don’t want to press right trigger and go at full speed whilst defending , personally I think for defending its a complete no go and analog spring should be on … that just my experience though

I turn off the second icon indicator because the amount of times i pressed, it would change to someone else Especially in defensive situations,for me it's much better off 🙂

if you have an old controller then your r2 thresholds could be messed up i bought a new one and i noticed the difference immediately. so id change it to another button if thats the case.

Why does everyone keep bringing this up & trying to get people to change these settings??? Correct me if I'm wrong,,,, but this DOES NOT work when playing competitively, rivals & fut champs!!! To clarify that, when you're in a game, go to the settings menu where these options are & you will see that they are greyed out & it's automatically switched back to "competitive master switch" being back on & these changes don't work & never have! Therefore everyone that is saying this has made a difference etc, it's absolute bs! In your head, it doesn't change anything in competitive modes!!??

No it has worked on me, I give you a example. Before I knew this setting I have worked my ass off in Rivals from 10 to 2 division in a short time but it has start to struggle at division 3 at this time it was really really hard. Because most goal were when they only run past my defender like it nothing. All 25 lost were the same result when I reached second Division. I couldn't do anything I was trying but at same time it was ridiculous. Today i have found out this glitch since then with setting I have reached know division 1 just today. It really a game changer just try
