The duo DPS comp is actually really really good, and while Blade is the most synergistic pair for her, another sub DPS works pretty good as well depending on the situation. For current 1st half of MoC 10 specifically, a duo with Clara gives an amazing result since both elites have both physical and ice weaknesses and the amount of mobs it spawns really favors Clara. I did it with Jingliu, Clara, Luocha, and Pela and ALMOST 0 cycled it. The enemy was like 1% HP away from being killed before going to the next cycle

Many of us will run Tingyun and Pela with Jingliu. I'd love to see a guide on how to build them specifically with Jingliu in mind. Like, what LC is best on Tingyun when Jingliu can Advance forward? Many of the Tingyun videos on KZbin are several months old and came out before certain Relic sets existed. Using Blade + Fu Xuan + Jingliu + Bronya, probably my favourite team in game rn , i prefer Fu Xuan over Luocha in this comp just for the damage increase and everything just dies before the hp drains becomes an issue, i have no issues with sp either since bronya is fastbronya.

Yea, despite peeps saying Fu Xuan isnt good with Jingliu I am surprised that she is enough to solo sustain Jingliu's team. I'm using Tingyun, Pela and Fu Xuan with Jingliu and this team generates SP so crazy I'm spamming Fu Xuan's skill to get her ult faster. I was able to clear MOC 10 first half 0 Cycle thanks to this.

I like how genius set is legitimately the best Relic set for any DPS character if you have SW, at this point istg if we get a quantum harmony character it's all over. This is giving me the same energy as the national team from genshin, gonna be a staple team of 3 consistent characters and 1 flex slot for 1 side.

If the next best LC is 85% as strong as her signature LC because of the defense shred, how does that change in a Resolution Pela\SW setup since you already top out the shred without the cone? with two nihility she'll be lacking dmg even harder, and her atk is already within 4k, so aeon will be giving her only 20% more overall atk after ramp up and 14% more overall dmg% once in a blue moon while sig is bigger base which brings her to 4.3k atk and grants 25% more overall dmg% all the (important) time sig is 9% better when aeon's break buff isn't up and 4% *worse* when it is, but skyrockets once any def shred isn't up

@@jedhraley so if I have it correct and assuming both LCs are with the same group (I literally would not have pulled if I couldn't play her with Pela): If all of the breaks are in effect then Aeon is BETTER than her signature once broken and close before the break? But the second any of the def shred isn't up it's far worse. If that's so then that's VERY interesting. The issue is that in the first turn i don't think SW can get her ultv up before Jing goes into TS. So the first hit will be without 100% shred. After that though the team should be able to keep the debuffs up aided by ice or quantum breaking. None of this really matters: if you can get the LC get it. But it's interesting

Been using JL + Tingyun + Pela + Luocha. Don’t have a Bronya, but even without her, the damage is more than respectable, Spectral uptime is on the higher side, and with E4 Pela, Jingliu’s outbound damage is even more insane. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the results Jingliu has shown, even if she’s lacking a little bit to shoot her into the stratosphere.

When accounting Pela's lv 12 ult and Jingliu's sig lc s5, you can get up to 98% Def ignores which is around 105-106% more damage! 42 from Pela + 16 from pearl + 20 from quantum against quantum enemies + 20 from s5 sig lc = 98% Obviously, this requires high investment onto those stats but it is quite insane that you can get almost 100% from Pela and + Jingliu s5 alone. Even against non quantum enemies, it's 88%.

You forgot to mention that the dmg difference between 4 pc quantum and 4 pc ice set is only 2% and one should always prioritise higher stats over set bonus. Like my luck with quantum was abysmal so I just went with 4 pc ice set

JL + Pela + Bronya + Sustain seems to be legit but practically it was hard to auto battle due to SP consumption was messed up by AI. well, unless you have Bronya signature LC which gives free SP when she ult that could helped for better SP rotation... it was big QoL improvement just to have one.

Lots of DPS you can get away with auto cause either your team compensates for the bad plays or your dps is just that strong that it doesn't matter. But Jingliu seems to be one of those that to work properly, you need to manual her. Bit like Silverwolf, that one on full auto is a disaster and a SP sink hole.

I think it’s important to stress that any 5* NEEDING their Signature Lightcone to be good is a detriment to their value as a character. 5* characters should always be evaluated assuming F2P Lightcones at base, and then considering their Signature as an extra “buff” like an Eidolon. It is NOT a part of their kit: there are plenty of 5* characters, like Dan IL, Blade, Kafka, Fu Xuan, Luocha, and Silver Wolf, that do not need their Lightcone to function whatsoever. I pulled Jingliu because I like her playstyle, animations, and story, but it should be noted that her position on any tier list should be slightly lower, given that there aren’t any F2P Lightcones that work well on her. Requiring a Signature Lightcone is almost the same as requiring E1, because not everyone is gonna win that 75/25.

Might be almost 20% difference with her cone vs fall of aeon if vs neutral element. Her cone is at least jingyuan lvl of good vs more f2p alternative. Blade still worst with 23-30% difference vs secret vow S5. Selee suprisingly fine tho vs YQ LC, like 10%. Herta cone if u can keep uptime 100% up can be less than 10% difference but hard to do that consistenly.

if u also have Bronya, then u might not need Pela that being said, just like MrPokke mentions in the helpful tips, Nihility units are better for her than Harmony units so have both Pela + SW is still good team option for JL

Never go for LC, is seeing Higher Numbers that much better then a new char when u can do moc easily? And possibly in the future u might get a LC for free with similar performance or a bit worse then her signature, which could happen and u would regret getting s1.

Doesn't hunter relic set last for 3 attacks? Sure the buff lasts 2 turns. But if you use ult ON your turn, the buff doesn't count down on the 1st attack.

Got clara too my cope rn is just atleast i can rest easy knowing im sw/ruan mei/hanabi guaranteed. Cant go wrong with limited supports anyway. My top priority is Hanabi then Ruan Mei (only bc i still havent check out her kit) then SW last (dont get the hype for her tbh unless ur a newbie bc i could just brute force enemies and clear moc10 consistently who needs proper element weakness amirite).

yeah sw is overhyped.. she has no aoe capabilities except for her technique. i have her and i rarely use her. well maybe if i use the quantum set more i would appreciate her more.

@@aabuyaa I too am not a big SW user but I did find one use for her that I find really fun and that's a break effect SW. Think she's at 160% break effect and when she breaks an enemy she does between 50k and 80k per break. Which is way better than any damage she ever did on a quantum set tbh but that's just my own experience.

As someone who doesn't have Bronya and needs Luocha for my Clara, I might skip even though she is powerful and waifu. Skipped Dan Heng IL, but I'm glad newer DPS can keep up. Ideally, I don't like seeing power creep at all... My Seele sleeping in a trash can at this point. Really hoping new characters make older ones better. My favorites are Himeko and Clara, but neither can compete usually. It feels like Clara at least has the potential, especially if Topaz ends up being insane for follow-up builds. I'm overdosing on copium right now.

Huh? I'm confused. You can still run Luocha with your Clara and just add Jing Liu to that team. This game is honestly pretty flexible with the characters you place in your team as long as you have someone who can properly sustain in the content you're going up against and you're able to properly allocate your SP. For instance, I can run Clara on my team with DHIL, Luocha, and Bronya if I want to have more sustain while I can sub out Clara with Pela if I'm going for a faster run. Similarly, both can also be replace with Tingyun or Tingyun can replace Bronya if I wanna place her elsewhere.
