For each level of Reiki the initiate receives a recorded lecture to watch at their own time, a personal attunement video, and an optional live Zoom meeting to go over any submitted Qs as well as a Reiki share with the group of all levels. Certificate is mailed via USPS.

You had me with the title but then your brought out the rattle and it was lovely. I think the Lo-Fi-Ish* nature of the audio really worked with the rattle. I really can't believe how things have changed. I once asked a Channel about Merkabas...and the Collective she channeled had no idea. That had come up a lot for me back then and it was really hidden knowledge...and now it's just out there. 😆 I'm so jealous of people Awakwning now. In the '90's when I first started all I had was Celestine Prophecy. 😆

I like how you posted this, cos I was about to post something about how I've been lately coming across people who are saying the merkaba (along with other "spiritual" symbols) are not as old as we're led to believe. That they're a more recent invention, a manipulation, tricking us into being locked into the matrix. Symbols of the "death sciences" is what I read... But like how you said you couldn't find information on the merkaba years ago, it seems there isn't much information on what I was just saying. 🤔 Has me wondering what's real and what isn't 🤦🏽‍♂️😵‍💫🤷🏽‍♂️🙃

I loved this video, but at 7:44 , pls be careful with saying "the world is a simulation" and things similar to that. People who struggle with keeping themselves grounded in reality or have severe mental illnesses that cause them to really overthink, could find it triggering. I don't know if anyone who watched this thought the same and I know you didn't have that intention to trigger anyone, but, I, myself have chronic anxiety and grounding struggles.
